Ok so we have a who's your favourite character but theres no favourite gun post. So come on fellow Killzone fans what gun has you grinning the most when you kill those ugly Helghast. For me its got to be the Squad Cannon closely followed by the ISA rifle.

that would be Ricoos big machine gun with grenade launcher for me.
I hate the sniperrifle because it aims so difficult (unlike the sniperrifle in Call of duty for example)
The grenade-pistol or what its called. Or the rocket launcher. The more it explodes, the merrier... ;)
sharemy favorite gun is definately luger's main weapon. It's fast, accurate, and has a useful secondary fire. All and all, it rocks
shareDitto. Luger's main gun's secondary fire is rockin'. One shot kill in the head and torso. Also it makes that bitchin 'silencer' sound.

In close armed combat, the shotgun can be handy for 1 hit KO's. But that gun that you use in the mission where you are blowing up helghast tanks would be pretty good in an online multiplayer game.
shareThat Minimi-like light machine with the 100-round ammo drum you pick up from certain Helghasts. That thing is just unbelievable. I love just crouching down near a corner with that sucker and letting loose. Perfect squad-support weapon. Reminds me a lot of the FN-Minimi.

shareThe Helgast Squad Machine Gun is based on the German WWII MG 34.
The Helgast Light Assult Rifle is modeled on the French FAMAS rifle. However it does not have a shotgun attached.
The ISA Assult rifle is maybe based on a composite of the British SA80 and M16's M203 Grenade Launcher.
The South African Milkor MGL Mk1 six round 40mm grenade launcher makes its appearance as the the grenade launcher.

The ISA battle rifle, the single-shot rocket-launcher, and the ISA heavy machine gun form the best weapon combination. You can glitch reload really fast with the ISA rifle and rocket-launcher. Plus, when you have Rico's gun you can pull it out after firing the rocket luancher, run in, and blast everyone to finsh the job, or you can use the ISA secondary fire. You can easily pick up triple kills with every single one of these weapons.
sharesure, the HSW is tight, but in multiplayer u can only carry one missile; the Siska is by far one of the coolest, nonetheless. they're all so gr8, but even with its simplicity i'd pick the ISA's standard assault rifle. the M82-G is far more accurate than the LAR, and its grenade launcher's 'nades are twice as powerful as the primary Grenade Launcher and/or the BP-02 Pup.
shareMy Favorite is the machine gun, I cant wait till I find a Helgahst carring a machine gun, becuse I feel alot safer if I have a machine gun, becuse its the best weapon to fight against helghast elites, who are the hardest to kill.
my 2nd would be the ISA Assult Rifle, its accuarate and the grenade launcher allows you to kill multiple helghast at one time.
and my 3rd would be the helghast assult rifle, I usally keep one of these has a back-up weopon becuse the helghast have these, and If I run out of ammo for my ISA Assult rifle, I can use it without worrying about ammo.
and my 4th would be the ISA Pistol.

Rico's "B.F.G" (or Big F@#$ing Gun as i like to call it) is my fav. i just love mowing down waves of enemies with it. the Helgast gun that holds 100 rounds is my second fav, and my 3rd fav is the helgast standard infintry rifle with the shot gun on the bottom, i almost always have one of these. Pistols in the game are useless so get rid of them as soon as possible. the shotgun is good for one enemy at a time in close quarters but its rate of fire is to slow for multiple enemys. i hardly ever use it.
