Jeez,n if I read all of the BS about every film I watched, I would not have time to make one. All In can say is this film took 18 months of my life. I knew the guy, we laughed, we were in shock. That is the way it went down. Sorry you did not like it, but I made it for me, not for you. Make a movie yourself, then see what it feels like for everyone trys to rag you....but at least, thanks for watching.

I thought it was fascinating, and Ellroy is always a hoot. The band was embarrassing, but the rest of the film is pretty mesmerizing. Well done.
