whatever happened to Morgan Everett and Lucius DeBeers?

one problem I have with this game is how many characters are never mentioned again, namely what happened to Morgan Everett and Lucius DeBeers? I know it's possible to kill DeBeers in the first game, but that doesn't mean it'd have to be the canon choice, plus happened to Everett? did he die since the first game?

they also never explain what happens to Alex Jacobson or Stanton Dowd
