I have a question. Ok.
I'm in the factory, and I am on the upper level, but back in the electrical room I didn't get both fuses. Is there any way at any point in the level that I can back track and get that second fuse from the electrical room, or do I have to start the whole game over? Cause that would suck. lol

I have the same problem,I think we have to repeat everything to get both.

I don't know if you have finished the game by this time, but there is a way out of this. After you finish the taking the pictures for the factory mission, you will end up back in the area where the electrical room is. You can then get the fuse from there. You will need the fuse to get out of the factory (the hovercraft entrance gate will be shut). There is a little area right across from the factory entrance (the entrance is where you enter the code that the governor gives you to gain access). You will need Double H to break it. Inside you will need to put the fuse to open the door so you can get out to Hillys. Hope this helps.
