OK, she is cute, but a constantly laughing policewoman? I don't know why the director never said anything, but she really seems out of place to me and I think she is a negative in a detective series that has some positives.
shareSince when they put two lady detectives together, they have equal status rather than DI and DS, and Caroline Katz plays a very serious and smart detective, then Lisa Falkner, since she is blond, must be always laughing and slightly dumb.
My problem with this show is that it mostly consists of the two detectives talking to each other -- about the case, their boyfriends or lack thereof, and other subjects. Their boss shows up occasionally and glares at them, but other than him they don't seem to have relationships with any other police personnel. I'm still not sure where this suburb is supposed to be located, maybe London? No wonder it only lasted 2 seasons.
