Whats the cost?

When watching this show, my mind always drifts towards the thought of how much the Hot Rod owners actually pay.

I mean, all these mechanics, working full days, overtime, big garage, rent, material, celebrity-factor-workshop, Duane and Boyd running around basically doing nothing ...

Does anyone have a guess of what the price tag adds up to in the end? Is it a fair guess to say that the customers are all millionaires?
