Blue Bear - who gave him a job next and how long did it last

Blue Bear was the most intriguing character. Blue Bear was liked as a jokester but his jokes had a cruel edge. Clearly Boyd like him too. His final episode was where Boyd paid him and others to work on his own car yet there was no sign in Blue Bear's behaviour that he owed any gratitude to Boyd. Blue Bear was way beyond spoilt - he became a monster, like a horrible 8 year old.

I wondered whether Blue Bear got another job in the industry? That really depended on what other employers made of his behaviour.

Bluebear's actions toward other employees (namely TIG) legally constituted a hostile workplace and Boyd should have canned BB while that was going on.The arrogance of Boyd and Duane and their liking of BB and disliking of TIG was obvious.Had it been me,I would have sued and owned that shop and everybody in it.Boyd would have been my janitor and Duane could have been shop parts runner (but he probably would have picked up a ton of speeding tickets).

Bluebear had surprising cardiovascular endurance for a kid his size. This was displayed in the boxing match where he easily lasted past the 3rd round, while his much smaller opponent, Jimmy, was winded. Also, he blitzed the military style training course the workshop participated in one of their outings. He was easily able to handle the long gruesome hours in Boyd's workshop, unlike some others. In addition, due to his size and athleticism, he could act as a defacto security agent for the shop. Imagine what would have become if he actually did some physical training.

He would have actually accomplished something if he had used his brain more and his mouth less.He had talent, thats obvious, but he let his little jokes and foul mouth get the best of him.
From what I had read,Boyd was planning on canning BB BEFORE that Rat Rod series of episodes, and just used his bad attitude (which was radically off his previous appearances) as the ultimate reason, but that Boyd and BB had agreed for him to leave the shop ahead of time.Did they play for the camera? This is why reality TV isnt reality.

Imagine what would have become if he had his knee-cap kicked up above his knee.

Tig should have said nothing and just waited for Blueb**ch by his car after work. End of problem.

It isn't how big, strong or tough you are, it's how well you know how to fight and defend yourself. A knowledge of anatomy doesn't hurt either.
