The nurse

It REALLY pissed me off how that nurse threw the little girl around like she is a sack of potatoes. All those kids that came from the streets and they don't even know what's wrong with them, I would think they are going to treat them extra carefully so that they don't injure them by accident. That's not about money. It's about some level of sympathy or humanity whatever you call it. And also, there's something about their "but what can we do about it'" attitude that annoys me a lot.

I'm surprised you're the only one who mentioned this. When I saw that scene you mentioned, I could barely watch. I wanted to chain that heartless bitch to a stove. And she has the nerve to convey that attitude to the Irish woman, you could almost tell she said something like, "Butt out! I know how to do my job!" You are exactly right, they do have that "what can we do about it?" mentality and they think this justifies their mistreatment of these poor children.
