The man is GORGEOUS . Did you ever see the Pride & Prejudice mini series with him as Mr D'Arcy? When he came out of the lake with that wet shirt stuck to his chest I came over all "peculiar" as my mother would say.

How is he in Nanny McPhee? My friend went crazy over him in P&P (as well as Bridget Jones and "What a Girl Wants"). I'm wondering if I should by the DVD or not.

Colin Firth ALWAYS looks hot, and you're right jtheway22, 45 isn't old at all. Besides, in my opinion, he's getting sexier all the time. Compare him now to his really early stuff and though he was lovely then he wasn't the smouldering sex god he is now! Sometimes older is better!

I agree.. he has the most sexiest brown eyes!! I love him in old century films! He was also awesome in Bridget Jones! And of course, Nanny Mcphee!! Love the romantic and heroic roles he plays in movies. He's very good at playing those type of roles. Fantastic actor!
