Missing credits

There are a whole lot of credits missing from this page. For example, Danny Kortchmar is not listed here, but he appears with Keb' Mo and is even credited on screen. A lot of people appear in archive footage (John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, and Jimi Hendrix are three I remember seeing and I'm sure there were many more) and none are listed on this page. I'm going to watch it again and write a bunch of them down, and submit them as an update.

all the archival performances should have been noted -- Son House, Lead Belly, Muddy, Howlin' Wolf, Hooker, etc. As well, Mos Def was left out of the credits, as was Steve Jordan (he played almost every song) and many of the other musicians who were the for the majority of the concert. They're listed on the DVD, but are missing from IMDB's list.
