It got ruined by the stupid unnecessary parts

I enjoyed the start of this movie, the music.. everything was great. but then it had way too many unnecessary scenes in the middle with the comedians. They were not even funny. My parents were excited about this movie and came back disappointed because they felt it was a waste of time.
