Which is the greater sin?

Biblically, they both were sins one would be put to death for, so I would assume that they would be on a similar level of wickedness.

However, murder was the first sin that God said required capital punishment (right after the flood of Noah). In fact, it was one of the first sins recorded.

Likewise, violence was the reason the flood was sent in the first place.

On the other hand, God let Adam and Noah's immediate descendants marry, although they were obviously closely relate ("be fruitful and multiply"). This was later strongly forbidden.

I would say murder.
