What did The King do for you?

I liked the movie as a whole. It's unpredictable and unconventional which is rare in movies these days.
The only real message I took from the film is....You believe in Jesus, put you faith into him no matter what and look what happends..Your son's murdered at the hands of another Son you didnt know you had. Your wife and Daughter who's pregnant are also murdered.
I dont see how a man would have and faith left after going through all that

Does it pay to devote yourself to god?

I think the film was marred by being unconventional for non conformity's sake. It all seemed to have been done to shock the audience. I don't think I took away anything from the film.
