This movie has an average rating of 8.4 which is high enough to get it on IMDb's list of grestest animated movies or greastest movies period yet it appears on neither. The Cowboy Bebop movie and Neon Genesis Evangelion movies both appear on these lists so why does this movie not?

I think it's probably due to the number of votes not being enough (only about 233 as I write this). Anyhow, for the Top 250 Rated by Users (http://www.imdb.com/chart/top) it says that "For this top 250, only votes from regular voters are considered." Even for the Bottom 100 Rated by Users (http://www.imdb.com/chart/bottom) "In order to appear in the Bottom 100 Titles chart the title must have received at least 650 votes."
