My idea for a sequel....would it work?

I really loved the Fat Albert movie, which was a little shocking because usually remakes-especially of classic shows/movies suck Johnson Family Vacation-an obvious black remake of the Lampoon Vacation movies-(and IMHO just as unfunny), The Honeymooners,etc. and then there are the upcoming ones like Johnny Bravo(as a black guy), and Back To School-etc. Anyway-the reason I ended up liking it was because it stuck very closely to the cartoon, the perfect actors were picked to play the cartoon characters come to life,and to be honest--it wasn't really a remake but more of a.....new episode of Fat Albert.

A lot of this was likely due to the fact that it had to have Bill Cosby's approval and if he approves it you know it's gonna be good.

Anyways back to the point of this topic.....

This is my idea for a Fat Albert 2-it isn't exactly original but it would probably still be fun.

Plot:It's been a couple years since Fat Albert's visit to the real world. Something happens(I haven't pounded it all out yet)that ends up sending Doris and her sister into Fat Albert's world where they become cartoons.

then something like that would be suited for DVD or TV movie release.
i would enjoy seeing a cartoon remake of the show...with new eps included

Fat Albert and company come out of a tv in Forks, Washington, where they have to help Bella Swann get away from the bad crowd of stalker vampires and pedo-werewolves.
