I'm british and have been following the series on UK tv, but I missed the last couple of episodes, I haven't looked through the rest of these posts yet, but can you tell me what the outcome was, did she succeed and win the money or did it all fall to pieces?

Yes, this morning she got the money. After the big reveal that Steve and his family were actors, there apparently was still 1 million dollars to be dished out, so Randi got 500,000 and her family got to share the other 500,000.
It was nice, but personally I feel a bit miffed. I had to watch my sister marry an obnoxious person, and my family were totally torn apart over it, and I didn't get half a million dollars...
