Owen Wilson's Hair

My god his hair is bad. I am not one to notice hair in movies but I just rewatched wedding crashers and ugh, his hair is really bothersome. I agree with a lot of people that the last quarter of this movie is uncomfortable to the point of being bad for obvious reasons. I always felt that Owen Wilson's character was whiny and annoying and I really did not enjoy seeing him get the girl at the end even if he was better than Sack. I'm wondering though, if his hair may have played some part as to why I couldn't stand him. I do like Owen Wilson as an actor so I don't thing that's the issue here. It's writing and hair. This is also written in good fun so please, no trolls who may be obsessed with Owen Wilson's hair. I'm sure you exist.

I can't stand Owen Wilson or most of the characters he plays. However I do like his hair.

Haha, his hair never bothered me in anything else I've seen him in. I did find him to be one of the only charming parts of The Haunting though. I can see why he wouldn't be someone's cup of tea, however.

Years ago, ~ 2008, I played volleyball near the Santa Monica pier. 1 nite he & a friend came by & watched us. His hair is like that in real life too. I have ok hair but I wouldn't mind having it wild like his :)

I must admit seeing a 40ish year old guy rocking the Beiber-bangs is pretty bad, ala Owen Wilson and Robert Redford...but in this particular movie, Vince Vaughn's hair might have been even worse, I could not stop staring at his hairline.

When you have a receeding hairline, which VV has since his 20's, there are better hairstyles than the one he chooses, not to mention wearing long sideburns even accentuates this even further, and draws the eyes into the line that the sideburns and hairline forms, ala a horseshoe.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

I was coming on here to say the same thing. The problem is that his hair is really over-styled in this movie. It's like in each scene he looks like he just stepped out of a salon. lol

Dick, I am VERY disappointed.

D of O:
Funny, I felt just the opposite. I didn't like his hair because I thought it looked like a mess.
Hanging all in his eyes, blowing all over; don't people get haircuts before they go to weddings?
Especially if your in a Tux, crashing the wedding of a government official!
(Where was the really rich guy's security is for another post.)

Plus, isn't he in a profession where looks matter (suit & tie guy)?
I know the movie's 10 yrs old, but didn't long hair on guys over 30 go out in the late 1990s?

(....that dress! Ugh, and those shoes!)

His hair bothers me in every film he is in. I find him annoying. Wished they had someone else in that role because it is a very funny film for what it is.

His hair's annoying, he's annoying.
