What are the chances she'd be given the death penalty?

I'd think not even Texas would stick a needle in a WOMAN'S arm if the D.A. could not produce the body (or the loot). Even if the state did pursue the death penalty, there'd be questions swirling about her accomplice. Surely the government knew she had a sister; if they found her, they'd get to kill TWO people. This guy comes into town, and tracks the sibling down within a day.
