We're supposed to believe that Aidan Quinn was able to drive and otherwise function (in the beginning) wearing READING glasses? To see what I mean, put on reading glasses and try to drive.

And why was Tim Daly's character wearing glasses (on the videotaped scenes) if he was totally blind?

Speaking of which, we're supposed to believe Daly and the sister stole a car to kidnap a girl when they were both blind? WHAT?!?

They werent blind. Stella turns and looks at the ball when it jingles. And the guy turns and looks at the video camera.

I wear glasses for reading and close work. I also wear the same glasses for driving. It improves my sight for detail...?
