What do you think the title, 'Blood On My Hands,' refers to?

I can either see it as, Frank or the nameless baby? What do y'all think?

"Master your high or die under the staff!"

Killing his father probably holds some relevance.

Thought about that after my post...Certainly is a possiblity. Seems Tonny has a lot of blood on his hands! I really still like the idea of Frank the best though.

I think it has two meanings.

On a literal level, the fact that Tonny finally kills his bullying father would be the most obvious explanation.

But I think it's also, on a grander level, referring to the theme of family and responsibility, "blood" as in heredity. Tonny initially looks to be just as bad a father to his child as his father The Duke was to him, until he begins to warm to his child and recognize that he has a chance to redeem himself and the future of his boy.
