her boss

I'm doing a paper on North Country for my psychology class and I can't find her bosses' name...the guy she met with and he told her he would be willing to let her go. Is he the head of the mine also? It's probably on the cast list but I don't remember what he looks like either. If anyone could write his name in the movie it would help me a lot, thanks!!!
