They take crappy cars and make them look great. The paint is awesome and all the interiors and electronics are great. But even after all of that it seems the black car owners freak about the "rims" on the car. Of all that improvement on the car why do you just care about the hubcaps? It would be about the eighth thing I'd care about.

I love when they take a Land Rover and put huge 25 inch chrome rims and little rubber band low profile tires with an inch and a half of rubber on them. Then go cruising around the pot holed city streets. YYYEEEAAHHH sweet. Geniuses, they are.
