The movie "Gracie's Choice", was based on a true story. Several names and events were changed.

The Movie:

They lived in Western WA, near Bellevue.
Gracie worked at a restaraunt.
Rosie gets pregnant, and stays with her boyfriend.
Gracie gets accepted at Braxton University, then turns it down.

Real Life:

They were Mexican.
They lived in Southern CA near San Diego.
Amy worked at a flower shop.
Amy gets pregnant, and boyfriend leaves her.

TX turkey.
Where did u read that they're Mexican?
In the true story it is 6 kids.
twins Amy/Jessica ...Amy=Gracie/Krsitn Bell
Amanda
Adam
Joseph
Anthony.

Amy was born dead. Physicians fought and saved her, the smaller twin of a drug-addicted mother, and she'd had to fight for everything in life ever since.

Jessica couldnt deal w the instability & left
Amanda moved in w an Auntie when she ws 15.
[ I wonder if this Auntie helped Amy w the 3 boys? ]

Amy got pregnant ( despite pills ) & had son Donavin @ age 19.

So she raised 4 sons!
Good 4 her!

It must be. You have white trash and black guys sniffing around the poor white tail. It sounds just like every day reality.
