I just retrieved this detailed information from www.ldsfilm.com This helps explain why the website for States of Grace hasn't been updated very well, if at all. Spread the word about the re-release. The excerpt from ldsfilm.com is quoted below:

As of 12/14/2005, Dutcher reports "STATES OF GRACE will return to theaters in late January. After seeing the devastating effect the holiday films had on our box office, we decided to wait until the holiday crush is over to continue pushing the film."

It's a good idea. The holiday market is pretty tough as it is, and when you consider the big titles that were coming out (Harry Potter, Narnia, Kong), I'm not suprised, though I was sad, that States of Grace didn't get the attention it deserves. I'm glad to see it's getting another chance.

As far as the Utah re-release, it will be playing at the Wynnsong theater in Orem, the Jordan Commons near Salt Lake, the Gateway in Salt Lake, and another place in the Salt Lake area. I saw him speak today at the LDS Film Festival held in Orem. So, that info is straight from the horse's mouth!
