This short was so terrible I almost walked out of the theater, thats right i would have missed whatching the Incredibles just to stop the pain. I almost burst into tears with how bad it was hurting my brain. A tip to anyone going to see the Incredibles use this 5 min to go get yourself popcorn.
shareoh, don't be such a nag! it wasn't meant to move the soul or transcend the film genre! it's a cute, 5 minute short that comes right before a KIDS movie. What did you expect, hmm? An Oscar worthy performance from such groundbreaking actors like Ian McKellen, Sean Penn, Sissy Spacek and Meryl Streep?

LOL, I couldn't have put it better. Garfield is for kids, this film is beyond disturbing. I kept thinking, "maybe it will end" but it just kept on going, defiling my mind.
I actually thought Boundin' was better than the feature. I was a bit tipsy when I watched it, but still...

I loved the short. The story was a good one to live by and the tune was catchy. By the way, I am 51 years old with no kids
shareMy daughter thought it was silly and she's 6. She much preferred pervious pixar shorts and features. She even likes Barney. It was a harmless 5 minutes but not up to snuff in either my daughter's or my opinions.

Probably that's because your daughter didn't quite understood the concept. I actually think that this short was designed intentionally to seem ridiculous and silly (meant in a positive way). We all had a good laugh about the story. And the text was wunderful. It's cute (although the sheep didn't really look that cute to me - the other animals and that strange jackalope did) and that's what it was made for, practically.
I really don't think the short's target group are 6 year old kids.
It amazes me that people come on and complain about a 5 minute short that entertains some people and not others when there is a tide of ads before the movie that are the same ads that were shown 5 years ago. Get a grip!

It was a cute short for little kids before a movie aimed for all ages. As an adult, I did find it annoying to sit through. I too was begging for it to end. "Mental rape" it wasn't. Just wish I arrived 5 minutes late!

shareOk, I usually ignore this goofy, obsessive need people have to pic and pan the most meaningless of things in the world. But as I was simply looking up more info about this feature I took a gander at the message board. As usual, a bunch of bored souls crapping on every last thing. In no one's post did I see anyone appreciate the simple, adorable and very valuable lessons that were passed on through this mini feature. The lesson to appreciate what we have and what is given to us. To look around and see that there is always something to be appreciated, even in low times. What you're supposed to do in a sad situation is soar above it and..."bound,bound,bound and rebound." For the little eyes and minds it is intended for, these are very valuable lessons. I am a mom and I have learned to very much appreciate the little messages these kid's shows contain. Trust me, I've watched everything from Son of the Mask to Elmo, and much of it many times over. I understand that this featurette was put out by a company that represents alot in the world of computer animation but remember folks....not everything revolves around you nerds of the world that have nothing better to do than sit on your butts and gripe about a little movie that is shown before a Disney film. I truly don't mean to insult anyone but...seriously!! I really hope something better comes along for ya'll. Proceed with your yammering and God bless. :)!
