Where's the South Africa location?

The location of the mission/hospice (I'm not exactly sure what to call it) is the most picturesque place Ive seen on film. Green hills by the sea, the beach and the whitewashed mansion. Does anyone know where exactly it is?

Around Port St Johns in the Transkei, on the East Coast of South Africa. I've been there and you're so right - it's a truly breathtaking part of the world.
