How are the doors to their houses always open?

I have always wondered how the doors to the houses of the people being raided are always open. Usually there is no one in the houses either. It is strange because there are ones that live with their families and there families are never in there. I wonder if they kick them out or if they bribe them to stay out until the show is over.

Well, they're not just running into people's houses. That part of the show is probably set up.
