It skips to three months later where Jill had moved in with Glen after finding out he is wealthy. The vicar comes round and sees Jill is okay (after no-one seeing her for a while) and it shows what happened beforehand.

Jill held a going away disco for Cath and Don but Don got left behind because she didn't love him anymore. Jill locked Terry in his bedroom while her workmate (with the asthma) sees him in the window and goes to Jill's house to tell her that they slept together thinking it wasn't actually Terry in the window but a message from him.

It skips to later on in the day and Don visits Jill while being drunk and Jill decides to lure him upstairs. She quickly suffocated Terry supposedly killing him and got him out of the way and she slept with Don.

After telling the Vicar all she had doneshe decides to get back to Don by getting rid of the obstacles in the way once and for all. She convinces Glen to poison him, call the police to say that he killed the vicar and Terry and she also gets Glen to kill himslef with the poison with him believing she would eat it sraight after but said "She wasn't hungry."

Probably getting all of Glen's wealth and nothing to worry about from the police, Jill phones Don on her phone with a face of satisfaction.

THE END.....or is it?

Durin the credits we see inside Jill's house her dog walking into a room seeing the bodies of Terry and Jill's workmate. Terry wakes up (not dead!) and screams.

A second series is currently being made which I am looking forward to.

Thank you! This ep was on tonight in the US, but I missed two 5-minute chunks, and I came here looking for clues.

A second series? Yippee!

what do you know about the DVD release? I posted to another thread RE: the DVD release, and was informed that most shows air on BBC2 b4 heading to DVD.....so what's up? you know?

reply

I really wouldn't worry too much; the last episode was by far and away the weakest of them all. It's simply nowhere close to being up to the quality standard of the previous five and kind of ruined the very end of the series for me

The first three remain the best

If you keep asking me I'll melt away in the summer air®
