How would a psychologist describe Jill's personality type?

There must be some specific terms for such a single minded sociopath, lacking all empathy in the first series, who then spills over into an all-out psychopath by the second series. Furthermore, d'you think of a criminal psychologist had to evaluate her, she could get off with insanity or not? Her relentless plotting would suggest that she's in pretty tight control of all her decisions.

Oh man.. With Jill she clearly has such a mix of personality issues going on.. Sociopath for sure, throw in naricisstic, histrionic and anti-social personality disorders and i think you might be onto something..
