Who's your favourite Customer Service Supervisor

For me it's gotta be Susie Boersma from LAX or Katrina from Luton, because they're so cute.

PS: This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R didn't exist.

Yolanda baby. She is hot hot hot. She might not seem tough but she can be. My cousin works for SWA in LAX and works as a gate agent. She fended someone off that was trying to attack her. Yolanda didn't hit the passenger but she held that person against the wall until security came to her rescue.

reply

Totally Yolanda. My co-workers are big fans of this show and we all agree that nobody "deny you boarding" quite as well as Yolanda.

reply

Yeah, I gotta go with Yolanda, too. She is indeed "hot, hot, hot" -- and has a nice personality, too.

reply

Definitely Yolanda, she is a very beautiful woman. She is also one of the few SWA employees on the show that dosen't seem like a JACKASS.

reply

Yolanda is my favorite.

I'm an atheist and proud of it .

reply

I think Michael is my favorite.

Inside me is a thin woman trying to get out...I just shut her up with chocolate.

reply

Michael, Yolanda, and Collen are my favorites. I love this show.

1. Yolanda - SO sweet and beautiful. She's always very fair with customers and extremely helpful.

2. Colleen - very nice, but doesn't take any sh**t from problem passengers.

3. Nicolas - gay man who takes no sh**t from passengers. Some of his exchanges with these rude people are hilarious.

Mike has the patience of a saint. Whatever Southwest is paying the man, it isn't enough. IMHO, Mike sets the standard for everyone else to live up to.

Yolanda is very sympathetic, but also does a good job of keeping order.

Colleen is no-nonsense, but she seldom is seen taking the passenger's side in an argument. In my book, she gets a pass because Chicago probably has more jerk customers per capita than most Southwest markets, though.

Nicolas appears to be an unsympathetic jerk. I have never seen him give an inch in an argument. If I had to bring an issue to him and got his standard prickly attitude, I'd be writing a letter, posting on one of those complaint sites and swearing never to fly Southwest again.

Yolanda baby!!!

reply

Michael is my favorite by far, because what he did for that guy who i think had Alzheimer's and his wife, when the guy soiled himself. That totally made me tear up at how kind he was when he helped change him, and how after he was telling the wife how it was no problem, when she was just nonstop thanking him.

reply

Colleen by far.
Yolanda 2nd

Michael is my favorite too! I just got done watching the episode where he helped the man with alzheimers as a re-run about 10 minutes ago and it was amazing how helpful, understanding, and empathatic he was. He's an amazing person in my book!

Take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints.

Yolanda from LAX and Colleen from Midway. They are the best!!

i think everyone can agree that yolanda seems to be the best. i wanna go back to lax just to meet her. too bad i hate that airport.

Yolanda-Beautiful,and always understanding of people's problems but still holds up the rules. She's friendly, and when others would say tough luck she'll go the extra mile to make sure people get where they are supposed to be. One example is when the lady had to go from the Southwest gates to the delta gates two terminals over, she went with the woman to assure she would make her flight.

Mike-Always seems to get the bad customers, but always seems to keep his cool and is a good rep. to the company.

Colleen-Overall very nice. She always tries to reason with the customers but it never seems to work.Yeah, she's tough, but sometimes you have to be.When the guy was making a scene and swearing at the employee's she stood up for the employees and told the gentleman if he didnt calm down and change his attitude he wouldnt fly with them,he didn't so she held up what she said. She knows where the line is,and knows how to act in a professional way.

Nicholas-Can be a hard ass when it comes to rules, but is incredible funny at times. Like the time he was in the overhead after the argument over luggage. He's also caring, like when he drove around finding the woman to wondered off. He's always fun to watch.

reply

i LOVE Nicolas!

Nicholas is always fun to watch, with the condescending voice & 'I-can-quote-company-policy-verbatim' attitude. He never gives an inch in any dispute, and sometimes purposely repeats what he said before knowing it's gonna infuriate the passneger who got bumped from overbooking or missed their connecting flite. In a memorable scene where a connecting flite was delayed by weather, he managed to turn the whole flite of stranded passengers against him by blaming them for taking the word of the customer rep. in the previous city who assured them they'd make their flite in time. They were ready to lynch him! Probably wins Security's 'which-agent-will-need-us-today' pool consistently. If I fly Southwest & his line has 1 person waiting while the others have 10, I'll go on another line.

Yolanda is hot hot hot, usually professional, and u can tell she ain't just quoting from the company manual, by the way she listens with those big beautiful eyes (watch an incident with her & a distressed customer & you'll see what I mean). She's come up with creative workarounds that were in the spirit of, if not the letter of, company policy.

Colleen is also very pro, but never seen an incident where she overrules another agent. Doesn't mean it hasn't happened, but whenever she gets called, we know the customer will lose, if they're disputing with an agent.

Mike is a rock. Nothing fazes him, & he's also shown flexible thinking to solve problems, like rearranging luggage to make the weight limit.

I love Susie too. She's really hot, and super super sweet. I felt so bad for her when she had to deal with the smelly customer (Michael).

reply

Yolanda.... she seems to be the most laid back of them all.

reply

Colleen ROCKS, hands down... out of everyone she's my favorite person to watch. IMHO I've never seen such awesome customer service out of one person. I could go on for pages but I'm sure nobody wants to hear it! All I can say is, I wish I'd seen this show before the last time I was at Midway...anyone know if she still works for Southwest?

I miss Airline :(

reply

Oh, and to all the people that keep saying Yolanda is "hot"...well, I think Colleen's hot, so there. To each his (or her ;) ) own. :blows raspberry:
