I loved this show!

I always enjoyed this show and was sorry to see it canceled. It was so much better then the plethora of 'reality shows' that are on TV these days.

And, after watching this show, I became a much more patient flyer. Before I saw the show, I was the victim of a flight cancellation due to weather. I'm ashamed to say I behaved like an ass, yelling at the employees for something that was not their fault. After I started watching the show, I had a 12 hour delayed flight, due to a hurricane. While other people were screaming at the gate arrendent, wanting information, I just stood back. After they finally left the poor woman alone (without getting any information) I went up to her. She was expecting another screamer, but I just thanked her for doing a thankless job, and just treated her like a person. THEN I asked calmly if she could give me any information on how long the delay would be and she gave me what she knew. Later, as she got more information, she specifically found me and told me what she knew.
