Hulf Davidson... The best method I did was wait for him to land in front of you (jump back if he's close to squashing you) and wait for him to strike. Nearly everytime he'll strike low, so press up to dodge. Immediately afterwards, Zoom In and Slow Down and hold down your punch button. Joe will send a flurry of hard hitting punches at Hulk. Don't do it for too long though, because after a certain amount of blows, Hulk will try cleaving you in two. When the big skull appears quickly jump back to avoid the blow. Rinse, lather, repeat. Occasionally, he'll try charging you (signalled by readying his feet) or fire missiles at you. For the former, just jump over him and then either Mach Speed him, or Slow-Zoom-Punch him again. As for the missiles just hit them (Use Zoom-Kick if you're surrounded) and they'll redirect back toward Hulk. If you have Slow Motion on when the missiles hit, they'll result in extra damage against him.

Just follow that and you should be good.
