(Sasha's second sight)I don't get it.

I don't really get this slide show. Sasha reads his father's mind and then decides to run away? I don't get it. Did anyone understand it.

Sasha's dad was having an affair. The woman in the thought bubble isn't his mom.

Sasha barely knew his mom, since she died when he was a small child. In this slide show, he reads his dad's mind to try and find out what she was like. Through this, he sees her as a loving companion, which is consistent with the idealistic view most kids have of their mothers. But he also stumbles upon his dad's memories of her as a sexual partner. Did you ever walk in on your parents having sex as a kid? If you did, you probably remember it as an awkward, disturbing, even terrifying experience. For Sasha, it's 100x worse, because he actually experiences his dad's lust for his mom firsthand. It creeps him out so badly that he leaves home, and it probably explains a lot about why he's so uptight as an adult.

I tend to think that as being a little right...

but I believe that he told his father that he went inside his mind, and his father was disgusted with him, causing Sasha to find a new home. Lokk at the dads face. he seems a little upset. I sense a connection to Raz's dad.(I reveal no spoilers!)
