Does anyone know if"The Third Wish" is on dvd?

It is being released this fall...

Well I checked amazon.com and nothing so far on the release of The Third Wish. Although I'd rather like to ignore the off-putting review I've just seen on this site.

Is this out on DVD yet? I've searched and cannot find it. Anybody know where I can get it?

it's coming out on netflix..but it was on pay per view for months
