I know the sequel to The Wizard Of Oz came out 46 years after
the original.I'd like to think that there might be a surprise
sequel,this one rocked!Just saying.

I read back in March that Goldberg was pushing for a sequel - it's been 9 months since and no word so I wouldn't expect one; especially given that people who produced the first movie allegedly called it "embarassing"

I think it would have to be a prequel as, by the end of this movie, Santa was compelled to go back to being "good" for all time. What I'd love to see, however, is a prequel set in medieval times with Santa burning villages and fighting whole hordes of Vikings single handed etc :-D
