Didnt they learn anything from 'Santa with Muscles'?

when i saw this movie i imagined it right underneath Santa with Muscles on the bottom 100

This movie is meant to be a comedy. Its not supposed to be taken seriously. and SANTA WITH MUSCLES WAS AMAZING. man Hogan never ceases to astound me. I mean Mr. Nanny, what a great movie.
