You're Next doesn't market itself as comedy but is fun anyway.
I believe Severance was alright.

I'll probably watch Dead Snow 2 eventually. Hopefully it's better than the first one, which only got good at the end really.

And now I discovered Housebound, which seems pretty good.
The Cottage might be ok.
