Who was the dude in the trash can misssing most of his legs? Why was the druggie rescue guy so weird, pervy and injured? This would gave worked better as a twilight zone or other short format. Dont need all that skulking around for 90 minutes.

at the end,the sheriff is talking to one of the cops, he mentioned it was the third accident that day. One of those accidents involved a truck who fell asleep at the wheel and died in the accident. That's why the trucker yelled out that he was awake now and for someone to get him out of there. The accident probably cut him in half.
True, this movie seemed to drag on even though it was only 90mins long. They could have done a 1 hour long Twightlight Zone episode for this film. It would have worked out a whole lot better.

The length really worked against this film. It was neat to see how everything was wrapped up neatly in a bow at the very end, but it just dragged on too long. The ending is actually very similar to Jacob's Ladder and the Others, but it wasn't as compelling as those two movies.
