help naming movie I can't remember...

Ok, so there is this movie that I remember watching on Disney channel. About this girl who lost her mom inn a surfing accident. She learns to surf from some friends she makes. HEr dad ain't happy boout it and tries to tell her she can't. There's this scene with wales. please help. Thanx.
