I liked this movie (at certain parts) but what the hell was up with the Dungeons and Warlords scene? It had nothing to do with the movie at all! Even the most random stories like the "Jumpin' Johnny land mines" or "Bates computers" had at least a thread of relevance to the movie.
The D&W skit wouldn't of been as stupid if it was at least a little funny
Yeah the dungeons and warlords scene was extremely long and had no payoff except for some really lousy CGI.
The Johnny Landmine's thing was funny because it applied a really horrible moment [feeling of failure] to a rediculous profession; Landmine salesman.
The Bates computers thing was kinda funny just cause you can relate. As soon as you buy something new and cutting edge, it's obsolete in a few months. But again it dragged on a bit. The ending was nice though.
