Wasn't Orlando Seale playing one of the producers? I was pretty sure, but he is not credited here.

Nor is Rodney Dangerfield....or Kevin Federline. It's bizarre.

I doubt that's Kevin Federline. This movie was filmed in 2003 and shelved. Federline wasn't on anybody's radar until 2004. Maybe a prefame appearance.

Am I anywhere near the imaginary cliff?

No, it is him. He is in a scene that required dancers, which was his profession and in a roundabout way how he became famous.

K-Fed is in the credits. at the end of the movie, at least.
