While watching the film, the character Lyle (or Lionel?) / Proteus - I thought it was Jerry O'Connell. It looked like him, but I came to find out it wasn't him.

anyone else think it was? Also, where have I seen this guy before?

I had the weird thoght that it was Adam Rich from old 8 is enough.

but Jed Rees. who was very good. but pronounced 'incomparable' wrong.

Until I watched that segment I didn't know how to pronounce 'banal'...I hope he said that one right or I am gonna feel real stupid.
