To be honest I thought that scene weighed the whole film down and made it drag. It should have been cut both for its slow pacing and on moral grounds.

shareOh definitely, Harriet Hartley was such a WIDAHTAILF. She didn't need to bear her ankles like all the other hussies were doing at the time. Just walking backwards and showing the tips of her toes was all she needed to do to get the menfolk riled up.
