I think the brothers should go back to school - their is no atmosphere in the movie. No Sounds and only a handfull of actors. Andy was pathetic and the scene it the toilet "you ok ?" "ya Im ok" "ok" "ok" "you sure y'or OK ?" ...
I mean Americans just don't talk like that not even cops .. Crispin never even got a chance to be bad ...

shareI have a feeling the positive reviews were mainly written by people involved in making the movie. There is one scene in the movie where the whiny protagonist's displays of stupidity finally become unbearable to watch. He finds a murdered woman with her throat slit and the first thing he does is he drops the kitchen knife he happens to have with him right next to her (of course he doesn't wear gloves, so his prints are all over it). The movie would have been much improved if he had been shot by someone right then and there.
