Music help!

Does anyone know what the piano/acoustic piece is that plays during Donald and Isabelle's first time in bed together? I realize it's quite the long shot that anyone recognized it, but any help is greatly appreciated! I'm hoping that it's an instrumental version of a song on the soundtrack.
