I don't think this is the right film

I do believe that the film made in 1993 or 1995 (around that time was different), this sounds exactly like A Flintstone's Christmas Carol. There was one where Fred had to take the role of Santa Claus, but it was made much later than 1977. They had to go to the workshop, and many other things. If anyone remebers this, please reply.
