shareIn this scene, Jason is seducing Sheila (pretty blonde). Sheila and her bf Michael are the ubercouple of their prep school and Jason has a bet going with Patrick.
Jason does indeed pleasure Sheila in this scene and has her call her bf. He's plied her with wine and by pretending to be a sweet guy who wants her instead of a cad who just wants to mess with her and her boyfriend. They're playing "master/slave". She's the "slave" and has to do what he says.
Michael realises that she's sleeping/cheated with Jason, has revenge sex with Cassidy and that's the end of Michael and Sheila.
However, Jason never threatens Sheila or tells her that he'll rat her out to Michael - Michael already knows.
You may be thinking of Patrick (sleaze) and Allison (pretty brunette). Patrick wants to ruin Allison. He pays an idiot beefcake (Brent) $500 to seduce her on a beach so he (Patrick) can take blackmail photos. Nice.
Patrick then pretends to comfort a guilt-stricken Allison and pretends to be her friend before turning into Mr. Hyde and confronting her with the photos. He threatens to send them to her parents, her parents and her fiance's parents if she doesn't do what he wants. He then pushes her down on the bed, grabs her by the neck and rapes her. Felon scum.
