Spine Tingling Movie!!

I just finished watching this movie and believe that Alberta Films produced an exceptional chronicle of the infamous Crazy Canucks downhill ski team of the mid-seventies. As a youngster growing up in the mid-seventies, some of my fondest moments came when returning from a cold winter's day spent on a Muskoka downhill ski hill to watch CBC Wide World of Sports, and the inevitable conquests of our awesome men's ski team. The movie "Crazy Canucks" brought back those memories, and also triggered frequent episodes of patriotic spine tingles all throughout the film. The soundtrack was outstanding, and I thought that all actors gave excellent performances. With Ken Read at the helm of Alpine Canada, there is no telling what kinds of accomplishments the entire Canadian Ski Team may be able to pull off in the coming decade. Congratulations, Alberta Films, for producing an outstanding movie, and thanks for reviving those amazing feelings of patriotism for Canada. We may be a quiet country when it comes to expressing patriotic fervor, but when it comes out, it feels very very special. And this movie brought it out!!

It was great wasn't it? I am 16, and I'm on my school ski team, watching that made me think that anything is possible. Last year, the girls team placed quite horribly in the regiolnals,or at least that is how i felt. It was just like that in the movie, but, they ended up doing very well later on. Anything is possible, and anyone can win. I loved the soundtrack, I want it so bad.

I found their conduct to be American, and not Canadian, from their poor English to their poor behaviour. I have been to Germany and Austria and Switzerland and Italy and France.

Little artificial Canadians trying to think they are something more.
