I like this movie. It's very funny. Not the hollywood-ramsch. For a german-movie it's not bad. Some movie like torque is totally bad. This movie is so unreal.

Exactly! I think it's one of the best german comedy-movies I've seen. Ecki is great! :) Looks fine... and the smart is funny, too!

shareWhat I liked about "Autobahnraser" was that it didn't make the mistake as similarly dumb Hollywood productions like "The Fast and the Furious" or "Torque": It never took itself too seriously!
Instead this flick offered some brainless but also light-hearted fun with actors who obviously enjoyed their work very much.
Anyone who expected more than the aforementioned qualities from "Autobahnraser" and therefore gave it a low rating really doesn't know anything about movies...

Then 90% of all Hollywood movies produced throughout the last couple of years would be crap, too. It always depends on how you approach a movie, what you expect from it.
In the case of "Autobahnraser" I admittedly had very low expectations as well and therefore ended up being positively surprised.
personally, i like this movie (for the time being, regarding car-related movies) and i think it's better than fast furious (1 & 2) and the last ride (really stupid) in terms of the storyline and the cars (old skool & new skool cars). but somehow, i found that this movie is a mixture of taxi (loser cop) and fast & furious (fast cars, stolen cars). it might not be the best car-related movie but it's a fun movie to watch. at least, it has humour unlike fast & furious etc. i give it 7/10.
