'I'm p***ing razor blades!' (SPOILER ALERT!!!!!)

Within hours of sleeping with Patty, Adam complains of a burning urge to pee, then experiences painful urination so bad he's prompted to go to the campus clinic. After the job fair he runs into Patty, who proceeds to tell him that they never slept together since he was too drunk. Also, his results from the clinic say he tested negative for any STDs. So, what possibly could have caused Adam to experience such STD-like pain? Urinary tract infection or something similar?

That's what the woman on the phone said who gave the results. She said it was a urinary tract infection. I wouldn't worry too much though. This is just a terrible movie that doesn't really deserve wondering about.

They said it was a urinary tract infection from not pissing after ejaculating, but still - he didn't sleep with her, he never ejaculated. What a dumb plot hole.
